✅Gold plating on contact surfaces provides greater signal quality than the competition. The correct specifications for RJ45 require the use of thick 24ct gold plated over a phosphor bronze base metal coated with nickel plating. This significantly increases plug performance and reduces resistance to provide a higher network speed.
✅Tripoint-type prongs allow you to use stranded or solid CAT6a and CAT7 cables. Use of 3-Prong Pins to have a greater contact than 2-Prong Pins, a 3-Prong Pin design that works best for both solid and stranded wire conductors, and provides 3 points of contact with the copper wire conductor instead of 2. This improves electrical performance and signal integrity.
✅The Cat 7 connectors support 23 AWG shielded or unshielded cable. The insulated conductor outside diameter need to be less than or equal to 1.45 mm. Matching the right plug design to the right cable is critical for maximizing the terminated cable performance.
✅Plug Housing is made of eco-friendly PC material and copper alloy with gold plated. The load bar is best for installation with passing through conductors. The Dovetail clip make sure the cable connected firmly. Advantage of the pass-through feature is to cut the wires before termination without measuring.
